Please read the following Terms of Use carefully before proceeding to viewing the CU Net -TV programmes.
☆	All content delivered by CU Net -TV is protected by copyright. No graphic, sound or image may be recorded without prior permission of the copyright holder;
☆	All content delivered by CU Net -TV may not be used for direct or indirect endorsement of any product, service, person or entity (including but not limited to by inserting sponsorship or advertising into the channels);
☆	The CU Net -TV service may not be used for any commercial or illegal purposes;
☆	The CU Net -TV service is provided to support teaching, learning and other work-related activities and is not intended for personal entertainment of any staff members during office hours;
☆	IP addresses of all access to CU Net -TV are logged by the server for auditing and security purposes. ITSC shall not trace the IP address to the actual user, except in cases where there is violation of the general network Acceptable Use Policy, or when there is a legitimate request or order from the authority to inspect such data.
☆	The policy on Campus Network Applications and the Internet Services also applies to the use of the CU Net -TV service.
