Do you keep logs on who watch the TV programmes?

Like all other network services, IP addresses of all access to CU Net-TV are logged by the server for auditing and security purposes.We shall not trace the IP address to the actual user, unless there is violation of the general Network Acceptable Use Policy (sections 1.2, 1.3 and 4), or there is a legitimate request or order from the authority to inspect such data. |

Why aren't there any movie channels?

Our aim is to deliver educational and informational programmes at a low cost. Therefore, channels that are mostly for entertainment are not included. |

How stable is the programme transmission via the campus network? |

The campus network supports quality of service that allows good quality transmission of picture and sound. However, it should be noted that the quality of the programme transmission may be affected by weather conditions such as rain, storm and thunder which would be out of ITSC's control. |
