This CU Net-TV service is provided by ITSC to all users on campus. We shall make our best effort to maintain a reasonably good picture and sound quality when viewed over an average PC connected directly to the campus network. However, weather conditions such as rain, storm and thunder may affect the quality of programme transmission. The university shall not be held liable for the content, or disruption of service, which may arise from factors out of our control.
